All ZAM Driving School’s driver training courses, lessons and classes are subject to the following conditions.

Booking & Scheduling
- All training sessions must be scheduled ahead of time.
- Confirmation of your scheduled lesson will be sent via phone call, text, or email.
- Available lesson slots are subject to instructor schedules and vehicle availability.
- ZAM Driving School reserves the right to postpone or reschedule lessons in case of severe weather, vehicle issues, or other safety hazards.
- Payment invoices or receipts are available upon request once payment is processed.
Service Agreement
- By scheduling or participating in driver training with ZAM Driving School, you accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may incur the full training fee.
- Failure to show up for a scheduled lesson without notice will result in being billed the full amount.
- Exceptions for sudden emergencies or illness will be evaluated individually at our discretion.
Payment Terms
- Full payment must be received prior to or at the start of each driving lesson.
- Lesson packages and block bookings must be paid in full before scheduling your first session.
- Refunds for remaining unused lessons can be requested provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.
Student Requirements
- Students must carry a valid, current driver license (such as a New Zealand learner license) during every lesson.
- You must be in a suitable physical and mental state to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Compliance with all safety instructions and directions given by the driving instructor is mandatory.
- Students must not be under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, or medications that impair driving ability.
Lesson Details
- A standard practical driving lesson consists of 50 minutes of instruction time.
- Student pick-up and drop-off services are available at designated locations within our defined service boundaries.
- Training sessions can be booked 7 days a week, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Individual lessons and package deals must be completed within 3 months from the date of purchase.
Liability
- ZAM Driving School accepts no liability for practical driving test results or licensing outcomes.
- We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by traffic congestion, road works, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- The school is not liable for any personal belongings left behind in the training vehicles.
